Qualifications:
 | Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field is preferred. |

| If recovering, shall have at least two years of consistent recovery. |
| All counseling staff need to have personal knowledge and experience with 12-step recovery. |

| A minimum of two years of continuous sobriety is required for those with chemical dependency issues. |
| All counseling staff will have personal knowledge and experience with 12-Step recovery. |

Qualifications:
| Registered and currently licensed to practice in Arizona. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; preference given to those with a baccalaureate degree and one (1) year of psychiatric or chemical dependency nursing experience desired. |
| Direct Care Providers: if recovering from chemical dependence, must be chemically free for a minimum of two years. |
| Must have current CPR certification. |
| Must be able to speak, read and write English. |
| Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance. |
| Ability to walk and work standing on feet up to 90% of each shift. |
| Must have high level of physical mobility to assist patient needs. |

| High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. |
| Must be 21 years of age in accordance with Department of Health Services R9-20-204. |
| Knowledge of chemical dependency helpful but not mandatory. |
| Direct Care Providers: if recovering from chemical dependence, must be chemically free for a minimum of two years. Ability to comprehend and communicate the basic concepts of treatment. |
| Able to operate a car or van. Maintains a current Arizona driver's license and able to document an excellent driving record. |
| Must be able to speak, read and write English. |
| Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance. |
| Ability to walk and work standing on feet up to 90% of each shift. |

| Preference given to persons with previous experience in a chemical dependency program. |
| If recovering, shall have at least two (2) years of consistent, verifiable recovery. |
